Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Branch Manager at MFL's Trivandrum location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and driving business growth. The responsibilities include managing branch staff, customer service, loan processing, collections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The Branch Manager should have good analytical and problem-solving skills, manage relationships. with customers, and have good business acumen to achieve performance targets. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in NBFC/Banking Industry Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to manage teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of loan processing and collections Experience in managing customer relationships Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Fluency in local languages is a plus
