- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Computer skills.
- HS Passed
- Language (Any two must Know)- English only.
- only Fresher candidate can apply.
- All interviews have to office only no Virtual interview.
- Only Kolkata resident candidate can apply.
- WIFI mandatory at home
Salary - 7900 /- NAPS salary
Shift 5.5 Hours (Rotational )
training 3 weeks 9 hours
