Genpact Exclusive walk-in for Accounts / Finance & Backend process.
Walk-in Date -16th March, 2019 ( Saturday )
Job location- NOIDA/GURGAON
Interview Timings - 10:30 am to 2:30 pm
Interview Venue- Hotel Park inn by Radisson 1&2, Ring road, block A, Maharani bagh, Lajpat nagar, new delhi-110024 Nearest metro- Moolchand

Job Details-
Job Description - AP/ OTC / AR PROCESS ( 0- 4 YEARS )
Review of Credit Limits on the accounts as per the define timeline and requirement
Update Credit Limit in ERP as per the approvals from Stakeholders
Collaboration with different parties for resolution on customers disputes/queries
Preparing Collection Reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis and publishing to all relevant stakeholders
Communicate with internal and external customers in efficient and effective manner.
Note- Only B.com/BBA Graduates can apply
Accounts Payable ( 0- 4years experience )
Process invoices in workflow
Validate key fields from scanned documents.
Run uploads for electronic invoices
Understand customers policies and adapt .
Note- Only BBA/B.COM Graduates are eligible.
CTC- 1.8 Lac - 3.5 Lac + Incentives + Bonus
JOB DESCRIPTION (Backend)
Enter data using applications including: automated policy issuance, spreadsheet, and word processing to enable policy and endorsement issuance
Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness. Record and refer those that are outside the guidelines to the underwriting department for approval.
Provide quality control and assembly for all types of policies and endorsements generated by the business unit
Ensure that turnaround time and quality of documents meets Company service standards
Manage and maintain records including correspondence and data files
Provide customer service to underwriters, operations staff across the country(s) and other functions within Travelers. Contact internal resources to research and resolve issues.
Note- B.tech cannot apply for backend .
CTC- 1.46 Lac- 2.0 Lac + Incentives+ Bonus
NOTE- Carry updated resume, original govt id proof and passport photographs.
