About Us W Health has set up Indias first Venture Studio called 2070 Health an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in whitespaces. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business. Companies incubated in the last 15 months- Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, Role Overview A highly impactful and high visibility role for a potential leader with strong business acumen, cross-functional aptitude, and sharp execution DNA; working directly with founders of our portfolio companies, decision makers at venture studio, and functional heads. You will be like a soldier and surgeon rolled in one. You will fastpace our portfolio PMF (India and International) with a simple focus on achieving $1 million - $3 Million ARR for assigned portfolio company within first 9-18 months. of operations. Responsibilities Launch 60 Day GTM Launch Plan Design and Project Management Strategizing (with founders and leaders) on Top 3-5 PMF Drivers and Operating Plan Design Identify and Implement (individually or with functional heads) Relevant Playbooks For Companies first 9-18 months of operations Scale Own the Omni-Channel Marketing and Sales outcomes working closely with Founder, and Offline/Online Marketing Heads with strong focus on: Customer Acquisition and Revenue Economics: CAC: LTV Ratio, and GM Sales Function Set Up: Hiring, Training, Operational Design, and Tools and Analytics Utilize Product and Technology (working closely with growth product and CX leads) to Impact: Customer Conversion, retention, engagement, and experience Scale and margin improvement opportunities Constant Discovery and Troubleshooting: Keep an eye on the ground and numbers to: Discover opportunities for revenue and customer experience Counter business assumptions Troubleshoot business areas and teams with sub-par outcomes People, Processes, and Playbooks: Build internal IP for studio, repeatable playbooks for healthcare; upskill talent Requirements What You Need To Have (Mandatory Prerequisites) 5+ Years experience with a New Age Startup Engineering Degree AND/OR MBA from a top-tier Institute P/L Experience of a business/category/brand with 50CR+ ARR; or Past experience of growing revenue from scratch to 10-15Cr+ ARR O to 1 AND/OR 1 to 10 business and operations experience Excellent problem solving skills: critical thinking and analytical aptitude Bias for Action/Execution Digital acumen (marketing and product) Comfort with Healthcare as industry domain Open to Travel (India and International) What Will Give You An Edge Prior Health-Tech AND/OR Ed-Tech Experience Prior Middle East Market Knowledge and Experience Prior Healthcare/Hospitals B2B Partnership Experience and Connects with Senior Stakeholders Excellent cross-functional acumen and navigation capabilities
