Company Website: www.aeronsystems.com Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Requirements-Based Embedded Product Tester to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for testing and validating embedded systems products to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are of the highest quality. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about testing embedded systems and has experience working with requirements-based testing methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements. Work with product development teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and documented. Conduct testing on embedded systems products using a range of testing methodologies including manual testing, automation testing, and exploratory testing. Identify, track, and report defects found during testing using bug-tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects Conduct regression testing on existing products to ensure new features and changes do not negatively impact existing functionality. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects of product features. Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field Experience in embedded product testing Familiarity with requirements-based testing methodologies such as V-Model or Agile Experience with tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar Basic experience with scripting in languages such as Python, C Knowledge of product/software development life cycle and software testing methodologies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
