Job Title : Sr. QA Engineer Experience : 3 to 7 Years Years Job Time : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Work Location : Vadodara QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies. You will work closely with our development team to identify and address issues, ensuring that our software and systems meet the highest standards of quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field 3+ year's experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. Proficiency in manual and automated. testing tools and frameworks. Experience with test management and bug tracking systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts that thoroughly cover all aspects of the software and system functionality. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and report defects and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on design, usability, and functionality. Automated test cases were applicable to increase testing efficiency and coverage. Identify, document, and track software defects, and work with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner. Monitor, analyze, and report on test results and quality metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Maintain and manage test environments to ensure consistency and reliability. Participate in the release process to validate that software is ready for production deployment. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging QA trends.
