Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Testing Specialist at Potla Group Of Companies, located in Hyderabad. The Software Testing Specialist will be responsible for conducting functional and non-functional testing of software applications and systems, and having minimun 3 years of experiancs in training , tracking and reporting bugs, and ensuring the quality of software products. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement testing strategies and ensure compliance with software development life cycle (SDLC) standards. Qualifications Experience in software testing, including functional, performance, and integration testing Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, and HP QualityCenter Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes Experience with programming. languages such as Java, Python, or C++ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive issues to resolution Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium, is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant certifications in testing such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus
