: ZakApps is seeking a talented and experienced Test Engineer with 3 to 5 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual testing, with the ability to perform tasks independently. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the functionality of the web applications and the apps, developing test cases, and executing tests as per the test plan. Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and reliability. Understand software requirements and specifications to develop comprehensive test cases. Execute test cases according to the defined test plans and procedures. Identify and document defects and track them to closure. Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Participate in test planning, estimation, and review meetings. Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress. Contribute. to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Skill and Academic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing. Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in creating test cases and test scenarios based on functional requirements. Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Must be able to join immediately. Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB or similar certification in software testing. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Experience in Regression, Performance, and Integration Testing. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
