Job description As a Production QC manager,(Supplements Nutraceutical/Botanical) you will be managing company's Third Party Manufacturing partners You'll make sure goods are produced safely, in compliance to company policies, with complete documentation, on time and that they meet the required quality standards. Responsibilities Plan and draw up a manufacturing schedule in conjunction with 3P and Supply Chain team Manage procurement of RM for production ensuring timeliness, quality & completion of testing activities Monitor the production processes and align 3P personnel on compliance, IPQC, quality, IP protection, timely production Manage FG testing and Quality Control of release batches Perform product manufacturing audits TTD documentation and training to 3Ps Meet the quality standards as set out in company policy documents Qualifications B. Pharma/M. Pharma/ M.Sc. in relevant field etc. 6 to 10 years experience in production/In-process QA (IPQA) in. herbal industries. Should be able to review of BPR/BMR record Should be well versed with QMS system i.e., Deviation, Change control, OOS etc Able to do failure investigation and prepare reports Well versed with instrument/equipment qualification procedure Able to monitor store activity i.e. dispensing of raw materials, rejection, approval of raw materials etc. good documentation skills and written English proficiency excellent organization and coordination skills. Is able to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively. Experienced in Lean Manufacturing Experienced in procurement process Thorough understanding of WHO-GMP/FSSAI/FSMS/US FDA regulations Preferably has worked in AYUSH Industry and is familiar with herbal ingredient qualification for identity purity strength Well versed in nutraceutical manufacturing of tablets, capsules, gummies, probiotics etc. The role will entail 70% travel Knows PPIC Function Company Profile The Ayurveda Experience is one of the largest and the most recognized Ayurveda websites and house of brands in North America.
