Candidates with of customer service experience for international client.
Preferred candidates with outbound calls & Collection experience for international client.
Compute complex information with good analytical skills.
Ability in problem solving, good listening and reasoning
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Preferred candidates willing to work with International BPO Industry
Education Qualification Min. Graduation
Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones).Role & responsibilities
