Role: Travel Consultant 

Experience: 1 to 9 years 

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Utilize GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) for efficient travel booking and reservations.

• Provide outstanding customer service through voice interactions, offering tailored travel solutions.

• Manage international travel requests, including offshore destinations.

• Resolve travel-related issues promptly, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

  Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Travel Consultant experience with GDS proficiency.

• Strong communication skills for voice-based interactions.
