Role & responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels such as fieldwork, networking, and referrals.
Attend events and exhibitions to expand the client base.
Sales and Client Acquisition:
Meet potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products to individual and corporate clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates having minimum 1 year experience in field sales
