Job Description

Job Brief: Were looking for a Sales Head who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professional to achieve sales targets. Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain The ideal prospect will be required to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and provide support and guidance on sales. Responsible for working with the team and driving a strong performance-oriented sales culture. Aligns the organizations sales objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning and sales strategy development Develop and drive a profitable business for their respective region/ location and expected to meet or exceed the revenue targets within the region/ location. Responsible for the P&L of the respective location. Sales Head Responsibilities: Acquisition of New Business. Develop, implement, and maintain the internal and/or external sales strategy and. processes to maximize the organizations profit potential. Liaise with clients on regular bases to understand their needs and issues, develop new business, and to provide value. Review current and prospective clients accounts to identify business opportunities, analyse, opportunities, and promote sales growth. Guiding the companys sales efforts and resolving complex insurance issues Provide reports, presentations, and recommendations on market trends, customer trends, and competitors actions. Create sales strategies, action plans and budgets. Research and develop new sales opportunities or new markets. Develop and manage a portfolio of large corporate accounts. Good liaising with insurance companies Requirements And Skills: Bachelors degree & 8+ years proven experience in a corporate sales management role. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and a successful track record with client-focused interactions Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers. Broking license certificate issued by national insurance academy. Locations : Delhi,Mumbai, Bangalore,Cheenai
