Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader Motor Insurance to join our team at Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Motor Insurance team and ensuring the team's performance meets or exceeds targets. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the motor insurance industry. The job is located in Goregaon, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 4 to 6 years of experience in the motor insurance industry Proven. track record of leading and managing a team In-depth knowledge of motor insurance products, regulations, and industry practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Roles And Responsibilities Lead and manage the Motor Insurance team, providing guidance and support to team members Monitor team performance and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity Maintain a thorough understanding of motor insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements Handle complex or escalated customer queries and provide resolution Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Create and maintain reports on team performance, including key metrics and achievements Participate in recruitment and training activities for new team members Stay updated with market developments, competitor analysis, and industry best practices Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines
