Company Description We have vacancy for Quality Engineer for our ongoing Residential Township Project in Pune. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Pune. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of construction projects by conducting tests, identifying defects, and creating remediation plans. The Quality Engineer will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance in the construction industry Experience with quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques Knowledge of industry best practices, building codes, and regulations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and drive results through. others Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction industry software Quality management certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001 are a plus Experience with LEED and sustainability practices are a plus
