Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Job allocation to workers, cross check of all RM & SF as per the given by store department.
2. Ensuring SOP at every process in the production line Giving instructions and training to labors/ machine operators for maximum efficiency & quality control Ensuring that weighing and development activities are carried out in strict compliance with the procedures and good practices
3. Daily planning of production to be carried out on process line Mapping out the labor requirement for the day and allotting the lines accordingly
4. Material planning for next day, generating the work order and giving it to store department
5. Proper execution of production plan Monitoring if machines and equipment's are being handled with care Batch coding issue to supervisor/operators, Monitoring and cross verification during printing
6. Well Knowledge about fruit & vegetable processing, daily analysis about productivity & process losses
7. Preservation technical & ISO knowledge
Preferred candidate profile:
B.Tech (Food)/Bsc. (Chemistry), Good Communication, Confident. Preferable Male Candidate from Fruit & Vegetable Industry
