  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Technical Lead with 812 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript technologies to join our growing team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery of intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the front-end development team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
  • Architect and Develop complex front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Next, Vue).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Define front-end coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and libraries to improve development efficiency.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment and maintenance.
  • Professional and Technical Skills
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing responsive and user-friendly web applications
  • Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Thorough understanding of DOM, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Object Oriented and Functional JavaScript Programming with concepts like Promises, Closures
  • Extensive knowledge and fluent in coding using Typescript
  • Experience and expertise in developing Single/Multi Page Applications using modern technologies like React (Next.js), Vue (Nuxt.js), and Angular, and proficient in TypeScript, HTML, CSS and SASS
  • Strong understanding of rendering techniques like Server Side Rendering (SSR), Client Side Rendering (CSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) Progressing Rendering/Streaming etc.
  • Extensive experience in request and response handling, partial page updates, api spec and backend integration
  • Have a good understanding of tools and libraries such as Material UI, Vuetify, Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.
  • Setup and integration of third party libraries especially clients for authentication and backend
  • Data visualization and presentation skills and experience with developing charts, graphs and dashboards is an advantage
  • Good understanding of CI/CD configuration
  • Preferred experience in headless API driven front-end development
  • Exposure to Real world experience with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web and developing responsive web applications
  • Deliver against specific timescales following the methodology, aligning to processes
  • Knowledge of agile practices and a DevOps mindset exhibiting inherent sense of ownership through the development and deployment lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independently drive and lead the frontend development within a project in collaboration with other roles.
