Job Description

Responsible for tele calling and tele counselling process
Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions.
Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information.
Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses.
Supporting counsellors to convert Walk-ins to admissions.
Provide support to other departments at the centres as and when required.
Any other tasks/activities as and when assigned by the HOD/ Management
