Job Title: Project Manager- Cyber Security/ Robotic Process application/Mobile application Security We are looking to hire Project Managesr (3 to 4 years) with domain expertise in Cyber Security/ Robotic Process Application/Mobile application Security who can work as delivery managers and trainers to deliver online upskilling projects. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Define and maintain project plans, schedule, requirements, document for product deliverables. Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with Product Owner and stakeholders as per defined organization framework (XPMC) Follow agile methodology and maintain team dashboard (KANBAN) Assign work to project team, track, and monitor team deliverables. Provide recommendations based on best practices and industry standards. Work closely with the team to ensure adherence to schedule timelines. Education requirements and experience Project Management experience with. demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts, and tools (preferably familiar with Jira) Project Management experience in industry (preferable) Self-motivated individual possessing good time management and organizational skills. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, influencing skills and English communication. Scrum Master experience required
