HyreFox provides professional recruiting firms access to a large number of top-level mandates, reducing acquisition costs and increasing revenues. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Manager at HyreFox Consultants located in Gurugram. The Revenue Cycle Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing revenue cycle operations, including practice management, denials management, medical coding, and managed care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: FCC/MFS Billing is the first step in RCM cycle and plays a vital role to ensure. accurate and timely receipt on information regarding insurance coverage. Patients eligibility is determined and verified regarding health services. Should have worked on co-pays, Co-insurances, and Deductibles. Good analytical skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Verifying patient's coverage with payers and checking the eligibilities. Routinely follow ups with insurance providers Determine prior authorization requirements and follow up on submitted requests. Follow up with the payer to check on claim status. Identify denial reason and work on resolution. Save claim from getting written off by timely following up. Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits. Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects. Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate. should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Practice Management, Denials, Medical Coding, and Managed Care Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and regulations Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute. Candidate should be good in Denial Management. Candidate should have knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes used on Denials
