1. Organise, Plan and Execute the Office review meetings , minute the meetings, do the. necessary Follow up for the readiness of the Subsequent meetings , thereby bringing higher productivity 2. Coordinate the travel arrangements of the CEO and that of all important customers visiting the Head office , leaving a strong impact on the visiting dignitaries. 3. Handle day to day tasks of the CEO, organise them, communicate internally and externally, to bring an enhanced professional touch to the CEO's office 4. Be at ease in rescheduling or re - arranging meetings during emergencies and matters of importance . Qualifications Strong experience as EA to any Senior professional in a fast moving competitive industry. Formal educational qualification like Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or MBA, not a bar , though will be an added advantage . Good communication - both in written and verbal - and a flair to connect with team members and customers And getting things done. Good familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Quick learner, Knowledge seeker and an ability to anticipate things. More so, an ability to constructively suggest options with various pros and cons to the CEO and other seniors. A "Steward approach" on deliverance and execution . Trustworthy, Discrete and inspiring confidentiality . Excellent skills in Administrative Assistance Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in a similar role is a plus
