Job Description

Job Role Should be able to Handle Secretarial Compliances independently, well versed with the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards along with the latest amendments and have thorough and technical knowledge of the public company compliances, rules and regulations. Preparing of agenda and papers for Board meetings, Committees, General meeting and oversee follow up action post Board meetings. Practical knowledge of conduction of Board/ Committee/ General Meetings, drafting and preparing of minutes within the timeline, proficiency in drafting, meticulous attention to secretarial documentation and ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines. Oversee maintenance of Statutory books, Registers, ensure policies, regulatory or statutory changes are up to date and approved by the Board / Committee Assisting Seniors / Managers as a point of connect between the Department Head and Secretarial function, other functions, company shareholders, and Companys senior. management team. Active participation in management discussion, internal meetings, ATR management etc Oversee preparation required secretarial MIS post Board meetings. Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries; Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action; Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements. Knowledge on filing of all the required forms with MCA Skills Required Should have strong experience in handling CS, Company Secretary, Compliance, Regulatory Compliance Qualified gradate and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Good Experience And Exposure In All Company Sectorial Aspects. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels. Influencing skills Excellent organization and time management Discretion when handling confidential information. Maintain a diplomatic approach towards issues. Confidence to provide support to high profile company staff and board members License/Certification Qualified CS Tally (Preferred) Immediate joiner (Preferred) Interested candidates can apply/refer Immediately.
