: As a Website Designer at our advertising and design agency, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our client's brands and messages. You will work closely with our designers, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet and exceed our clients" expectations. Key Responsibilities: Website Design: Designing innovative and visually stunning website layouts and user interfaces that align with our client's branding guidelines and objectives. UI/UX. Optimization: Ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience through thoughtful layout design, navigation, and interaction design. Responsive Design: Creating responsive websites across various devices and screen sizes, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetics on desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to bring website projects from concept to completion. Client Interaction: Engaging with clients to understand their requirements, provide design recommendations, and gather feedback throughout the design and development process. Graphic Design Integration: Integrating graphic elements, such as images, icons, and illustrations, into website designs to enhance visual appeal and user engagement. Prototyping and Wireframing: Creating wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate website functionality, layout, and navigation flow to clients and internal stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any bugs, errors, or inconsistencies in website designs before launch. Stay Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in website design and development to continually improve skills and stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in website design, preferably in an advertising or design agency setting. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous website design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in user interface design principles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation. Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) is a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that meet client objectives and enhance user experiences. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies, design trends, and client preferences in a fast-paced agency environment.
