Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using .Net and Java to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software solutions that align with company goals and industry standards.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues providing effective solutions to ensure seamless operation of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding practices and standards.
  • Implement best practices for software development ensuring scalability security and performance optimization.
  • Engage in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospective meetings.
  • Utilize .Net Core to build robust and efficient backend systems that support business operations and customer needs.
  • Integrate domain knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance to develop tailored solutions that address specific industry challenges.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new insights to improve software solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all software development activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders translating technical concepts into clear and actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by developing software that enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of .Net and java with proven experience in software development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in .Net Core with the ability to build and maintain backend systems.
  • Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain providing valuable insights into industry-specific software solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Show capability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
  • Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning staying abreast of new technologies and industry trends.
