Role :
As am SME you will
Escalate the issue to the stakeholders and provide resolution to the customers
Maintains and improve quality results by adhering to defined standards & guidelines
would liaise with the manager and work towards improving CSAT
Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing the data ( L2 escalation cases )
Required Candidate profile
As a SME, you must have
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Probing and analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
- Customer-service oriented
- Proficiency in typing (speed and accuracy)
- Good understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory
