Overview: We are actively seeking both seasoned Business Development Managers and freshers to join our team. The ideal candidates, whether experienced or fresh to the field, will assume responsibility for existing accounts, pioneer expansion into new sales territories, and lead our business growth initiatives. For seasoned candidates, we expect a proven track record in business development, exceptional communication skills, a keen aptitude for active listening, and an inherently persuasive sales persona. They should be motivated to secure new business through diverse approaches, including cold calls, cultivating warm leads, and deploying effective client engagement strategies. Additionally, experience in social media product marketing and office management would be highly advantageous. For freshers, we are looking for individuals with a strong interest in business development and sales. While prior experience is not necessary, attributes such as excellent communication skills, a. proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities: - Cultivate rapport and arrange meetings with potential clients. - Initiate and oversee innovative marketing initiatives. - Identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities through comprehensive research. - Elevate existing customer value while attracting a new clientele base. - Spearhead market expansion and refine sales strategies accordingly. - Serve as the company's representative at conferences, meetings, and industry events. - Develop quotes and proposals tailored to client needs. - Set ambitious yet achievable goals for team development and business growth, ensuring their successful realization. - Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skill sets. - Drive market expansion and refine sales strategies. - Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks optimally. - Manage office budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness in operations. - Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and regulatory compliance. - Curate engaging content and oversee multiple social media platforms. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, or a relevant domain. - Exceptional communication and organizational abilities. - Proficiency in managing complex projects and multitasking effectively. - Thrives in situations requiring minimal guidance, showcasing proactive decision-making skills in uncertain scenarios. - Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Comfortable utilizing computers for a variety of tasks. - Strong organizational and multitasking prowess - Profound knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
