Company Description Design and Research Cell Role Description This is a full-time role for a Design Architect in Bengaluru. The Design Architect will be responsible for creating detailed schematics to tender drawings and good for construction drawings in coordination with other disciplines. He will work closely with the Project Director and other stakeholders to ensure that the project aligns with client needs, timelines and budget constraints. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 5 to 7 years work experience. Diploma in Architecture with 10 to 12 years work experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Proven track record of working on large scale residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Good knowledge of building codes, safety requirements, and environmental regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in cross-functional and collaborative teams, and ability to manage. multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and present design solutions and explain drawings to clients and stakeholders Experience with sustainable architecture and green building practices is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds
