Job Description

JD:

Candidate must have excellent communication skills and subject matter expertise in Onboarding Processes.
Candidate should have an end-to-end onboarding process accountability in previous organizations, along with BGV and new joiner experience for average monthly hiring of 20-30 lateral hires.
Candidate should have prior experience working with SLAs and SOPs. Managing KRAs 4-5 onboarding team members is mandatory.

Work Location: Hyderabad(Hybrid)

Budget: 12 LPA + 1L Variable Pay
