Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader Sales to join our dynamic team at FINAGG Technologies Private Limited. As the Team Leader Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive growth. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business. Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a sales professional, with a track record of achieving targets Previous experience in a leadership or team management role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to motivate and inspire team members Knowledge of the BFSI industry is a plus Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Roles And Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth Identify new business opportunities and market trends Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Track and analyze sales data and generate reports for management Monitor the performance of team members and provide regular feedback and coaching Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination Stay updated with industry developments and market changes
