for Team Leader for Outbound Process: -

• Good communication skills
• Have good knowledge in BPO (Outbound Sales)
• Team handling experience of 20 - 40 TSO's
• Data management & having Dialer Knowledge
• Must have Experience in Telesales outbound process
• Aware About the basic KRA and KPI's
• Knowledge of Attrition and Shrinkage
• Must have experience in hardcore sales outbound
• Quick thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have dialer knowledge (Modes of Dialer and must have worked on Dialer)
• Must aware about roistering and manpower planning and people management and Billing.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age-: 18 yr - 35 yr
Good Communications skills
Education Qualification -: UG/Graduates
Basic Computer Knowledge
Experience 01 yr-05yrs
