About the Role:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, modern UI trends, and usability best practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analyse user needs to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive navigation, layouts, and interactive elements for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic understanding is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
UI Skills:
- Visual design & layout.
- Design systems knowledge.
- Color theory and typography.
- Designing for responsiveness and accessibility.
UX Skills:
- User research.
- Information architecture.
- Wireframing and prototyping.
- Journey mapping & empathy mapping.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
