Opening for one of the reputed FMCG Edible oil company for the position of "Purchase Executive"- Loation - Ahemedabad Essential Duties And Responsibilities Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for various materials, equipment, and services related to the oil industry. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and delivery timelines. Experience in the procurement and packing material is good to have. Procurement Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, price, and delivery capabilities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues. Price Negotiation and Cost Control: Negotiate favorable pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize cost savings while. maintaining product quality. Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory. Documentation: Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, supplier information, and pricing details. Education And Work Experience Requirements Educational Requirement:- Any Graduates from a Recognized University. Work Experience Requirements: 3-5 Years in the Relevant Field Other Work Requirement:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate. Knowledge of SAP ERP is Must. Must have MS Excel & MS Word knowledge. Disciplined and dedicated towards work
