Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Bill Cerification:

  • Scrutinize and certify running account (RA) bills and final bills (RCC ,Civil Finish & MEP) submitted by contractors as per contract terms.
  • Ensure billing is in line with approved BOQ, scope of work, tender conditions, and technical specifications.
  • Cross-check measurement sheets, drawings, and site progress reports before certification.
  • Ensure timely certification of bill in coordination withHO2 billing team
  • Reconciliation work done, materials issued, and certified quantities
  • Coordinate with stake holders to ensure correct documentation.
  • Preparation of billing & allied trackers i.e Track and monitor contractor billing schedules, timelines for submissions, approvals, and payments
  • Documentation:

1.Prepare billing dashboards, cash flow projections, and highlight cost deviations.

2.Manage billing entries and approvals in SAP, ERP etc

3.Maintain a comprehensive repository of all billing-related documents, approvals, and correspondence.

4.Ensure statutory compliance audit requirements, and corporate financial policies.

3. Computer knowledge-

1. Ms Office,

2.SAP or ERP, AutoCAD savy
