Walk-in interview for the role of HR Recruiter

Job Location: Wagale Estate Thane

Designation: HR Recruiter

Qualification: Minimum HSC passed
Salary Range: Depend on your interview

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Looking upto IT and NON-IT recruitment
• Handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level.
• Searching Candidates as per the requirement of Company.
• Sourcing candidates from various job portals.
• Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
• Evaluating the profiles and conducting the initial round of interview before sending the resume to clients.
• Arranging conducting Interviews Initial screening of the candidates helping in recruitment processes.
• Scheduling Interviews and /Following-up with candidates
• Prepare a weekly tracker and maintain a proper database of candidates
