Experienced Crash Simulation Engineer Engineer Crash & Safety Job description: Perform passive safety simulation and design solution for Cabin, by evaluating proposed concepts and drive Cost effective, implementable design solutions through Cross Functional Collaboration Develop Methods/Tools aligned to Automation, lead time reduction and physical validation reduction Ability to work in a Global and Multi-cultural Agile environment with an opportunity to be part of complete Vehicle development life cycle Soft Skills: Demonstrate Accountability and Commitment in securing Quality, Delivery and Product feature for all passive safety related deliveries from Bangalore Excellent communication skills, Leadership skills, Learning on fly, Team player, Emphasis on Detailing & Problem-solving skills Qualification: Masters" degree in a Mechanical/Automotive Domain Expertise/Skill sets: 4 6 Years Experience in performing Passive safety simulations and driving design through. simulation Hand-on Expertise in CAE Tools like ANSA, HyperWorks and LS Dyna Deep knowledge on ECE/FMVSS regulations Experience/exposure on Battery and fuel cell vehicle will be an added advantage Knowledge of Optimization tools will be an added advantage Exposure to Physical Validation (ECE/FMVSS regulations) and should have sound Automotive Vehicle development Process knowledge
