Job Description

• The Test Manager in the UAE Payments Domain is responsible for managing all testing activities related to UAE payments projects within the TCoE
• This role requires a thorough understanding of the UAE payments domain, the banking landscape, and functional testing, as well as knowledge of automation
• The Test Manager will lead testing teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives
• Strong knowledge of UAE payment systems and banking practices Proven experience in managing functional testing projects
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• oPlan, organize, and manage all testing activities for UAE payments-related projects
• oEnsure comprehensive test coverage across various payment systems and modules
• oDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• oDemonstrate a thorough understanding of the UAE payments domain, including regulations, standards, and industry best practices
• oPossess in-depth knowledge of payment systems such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, UAE Funds Transfer System, NPSS, Image Check Clearing System (ICCS), and UAE Direct Debit System (UAEDDS) [cite: 4390c6

• oUnderstand the banking landscape in the UAE, including key players, processes, and technologies
• oLead and manage functional testing efforts, ensuring that all functional requirements are thoroughly tested
• oDesign and execute test cases to validate business processes, workflows, and system functionality
• oCoordinate with business analysts and developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• oApply knowledge of automation to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
• oIdentify opportunities for test automation within UAE payments projects
• oCollaborate with automation teams to develop and execute automated test scripts
• oEvaluate and recommend automation tools and framework
