Job Code: HRE Responsibilities/Role Description: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers Manage joining and exit formalities for employees Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist with payroll and benefits administration Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed General Office Administration Functional Area: Recruitment/Office Administration Preferred: Candidates with good written & verbal communication skill in English Candidates with strong organizational and time management skills Candidates with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Bachelor's or masters degree in HR Specialization Freshers meeting above criteria are Welcome!!!
