Job Description

• Proven experience in managing automation testing projects and teams
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and frameworks (e
• g, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and testing methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and estimation skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• oMaintain in-depth technical knowledge of automation tools, frameworks, and technologies
• oPossess strong functional knowledge of the applications and systems under test
• oProvide technical guidance and support to the automation team
• oDefine and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness and value of automation efforts
• oGenerate reports on automation progress, test results, and ROI (Return on Investment) of automation
• oCommunicate the benefits of automation to stakeholders, including increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality
• oDevelop and implement methodologies for estimating automation efforts accurately
• oProvide realistic and detailed estimates for automation tasks, considering complexity, scope, and resource requirements
• oManage and oversee all automation testing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• oCoordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate automation testing into the development lifecycle
• oMonitor and track automation progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective solutions
• oDevelop and implement comprehensive test automation strategies aligned with the TCoE objectives
• oDefine automation scope, identify suitable automation tools and frameworks, and establish best practices for automation
• oDrive the adoption of an automation-first approach across all testing projects
• oCreate and maintain automation test plans, test scripts, and test environments
