Job Description

As an hr Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to hr initiatives while learning from experienced professionals in the field. You will assist in various hr functions, providing support to the hr team and gaining exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other essential hr processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:
   • Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company career portals.
   • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
   • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
   • Participate in interviews and provide feedback as necessary.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
   • Assist in preparing new hire paperwork and welcome packages.
   • Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
   • Support exit interviews and offboarding processes.
3. Employee Relations:
   • Assist in maintaining employee records and hr databases.
   • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate as necessary.
   • Assist in drafting hr communications and announcements.
4. Training and Development:
   • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
   • Assist in maintaining training records and tracking employee participation.
5. hr Projects:
   • Participate in various hr projects as assigned.
   • Conduct research on hr trends and best practices.
   • Assist in the development and implementation of hr policies and procedures.
6. Administrative Support:
   • Provide general administrative support to the hr department.
   • Assist in organizing hr-related events and meetings.
   • Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
