Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Instructed by Design Lead for designing static equipment, PSV, Tanks, Vessels, Chambers, Skids & piping etc with ASME U stamp
- Software hands on experience in: Solidedge, AutoCAD,
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
- Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, layout, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
- Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed
- Understanding the product requirements and release GA drawing.
- 2 D drafting of various products using CAD software
- After approval of the design, creating a draft file of cad models for manufacturing at shop floor.
- Co-coordinating with production engineers and head to improve products design & manufacturing process.
- Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
- Maintaining the standard data for each projects, track sheets & database.
