Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer. The responsibilities will include executive administrative assistance, executive support, expense reports, diary management, and administrative assistance. Qualifications Strong executive administrative assistance and executive support experience Proven ability to handle. expense reports and diary management Excellent administrative assistance skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred Prior experience in the engineering and construction industry is a plus
