Job Description
QualityKiosk is looking for Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including setting project goals and objectives, defining project scope, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure that projects meet their requirementsIdentify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project delivery
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards, and that project documentation is properly maintained
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as neededFoster a positive and collaborative team environment and support the professional development of team membersCollaborate with other delivery managers to share best practices and promote continuous improvement
- Good understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levelsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
