Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (e
- g, 15+ years) in software development and project management, with a focus on offshore delivery
- Strong understanding of TCoE standards, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
- oManage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery
- oOptimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency
- oAct as the primary point of contact for onshore stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports
- oBuild and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, business analysts, and other key stakeholders
- oEnsure that all offshore project activities comply with the TCoE standards, processes, and best practices
- oImplement and enforce quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of delivery
- oLead, mentor, and manage offshore project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
- oConduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
- oPlan, execute, and monitor offshore project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- oManage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
