Job Description
Job Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
- Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit.
- Solid understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure Test Plans) and version control systems like Git.
- Experience in test data management and environment setup for automated tests.
- Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of test engineers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the test automation strategy, design, and implementation for complex projects.
- Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Define and implement best practices for test automation and quality assurance.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality test scripts.
- Plan and execute performance, load, and stress testing as required.
- Oversee the preparation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
