Job Description

• Should have 2+ years of experience in Life Insurance domain
• Should have knowledge Agile Testing (Manual + Automation)Possess strong Insurance domain knowledge on Life Asia(AS400) application for New Business, Claims and Policy Servicing
• Hands on Experience in Hierarchy Management like Agent Creation, Agent Movement, etc, Compensation Management like Bonuses, Incentives, Commission, etc, Performance Management like Persistency, Agent Contest, KPIs, Finance Management like Tax Calculation, GL Posting, Payments
• Must have knowledge on Databases Testing, Rules Testing and SQL queries
• Performs Exploratory Test, In Sprint Test, API Testing and end to end journey level TestProvides walkthrough of Test Results to stakeholders, Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLAExperience of creating, executing, and maintaining test plans and test scriptsAble to create test design as per User Stories and estimate testing effort associated with the user stories and all testing tasksMust have working knowledge for API TestingAble to identify project risk and communicate test progress and other relevant information to the stakeholders
• Can individually manage client expectation and can take ownership for the assigned task
