Job Description

Role and Responsibilities: Help to define the product vision, roadmap and objectives for lending products Define product requirements with the ability to provide process improvements based on customer research and analysis Generate product requirements, determine product specification and production timelines. Help determine product pricing by utilizing market research data and anticipating sales volume Work with an agile multi-disciplinary full stack squad to deliver product requirements, balancing quality with speed to market Manage regulatory issues, controls, risk, and resiliency on an ongoing basis, anticipating and mitigating issues Manage the in-market product, using appropriate KPIs to improve customer experience and performance Ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs, behaviors and pain points, as well as competitive landscape and industry best practice Stay on top of online product market trends and conduct analysis of the competing products to. optimize user experience Responsible for customers acquisition and scaling user growth Requirements: Proven experience of working as a Product Manager with a NBFC is a must Must be up to date with the market and trends Must have excellent negotiation skills Should be good in data analysis and reporting
