Job description:
Within the broader scope of project management, a project coordinator organizes and manages the various parts of a project to ensure its success. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management.
Candidate must be a able to manage multiple Projects in various stages of completion, show ability to motivate individuals in multiple departments to ensure the success and timeliness of their projects, and be able to report to upper management the financial health of their Projects throughout the life of the Project.
Maintain detailed design, procurement, manufacturing and assembly programmed and report regularly on project status and deliveries.
Handle commercial issues on received orders, scope of supply discussions, drawing approvals and reviews, and shipping issues as they arise.
Ensuring delivery targets are met in all areas.
Interact with the sales managers to ensure timely handovers of new projects.
Report regularly on project status both internally and externally.
