1) Financial Goal a. Revenue IP Business Upfront Revenues - Insurance Business Min. 35% of Partners should be Active of mapped Profiled Partners. 1 Activation = Min. 25k Net Revenue FY22 (Excluding MF/FD) 2) People Goal a. Recruitment Attrition Management of Team RM & Junior Level Recruitment's of Team 3) Process Goal a. Process Team target of 4 Physical Meetings either through VC/PM/Tele call/ Client or Partner Event as per defined weightages 2 Physical events every month CRM entries to be done on daily basis before 8 pm 100% attendance in all tests
