Job Description
Key Requirements
- Position: Business Development Associate / Assistant Manager
- Work from home
- Experience: 1-6 of Inside Sales experience
- Industry preference (sales): Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, Insurance or related B2C
- Timing & shift: 10 am to 8 pm, 6 working days | Sunday off
- Languages: Telugu + English
Roles & Responsibilities As a Business Development Associate, you will do:
- Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblacks makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants
- Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollment
- Languages: Must be Proficient in Telugu and English
