Knowledge on Technology updates, Microsoft, cloud, TEAMS, Zoom, SharePoint, VDI / Citrix Issues, M365 issues, Windows 10 issues, Hardware issue, Account unlocks / password resets, Authentication / certificates issues, Backup issues

Fair understanding of android and iOS phones is preferred.

Should be ready to work in US shifts hours 24/7 support and on Indian Holidays

Computer literate

Knowledge of Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow, Maximo, Remedy, etc.) is an added advantage
